Thirty days. No questions.

You have thirty days from receipt to return any Winfield & Turner piece for full refund. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging.

How

Write to workshop@winfieldandturner.com. We send a Royal Mail returns label. The piece returns to the workshop. Refunds process to the original payment method within ten working days of receipt.

If anything is damaged

Send us a photograph. We replace from stock or, if the finish is bespoke, re-cast.

EU 14-day cooling-off

Customers in the European Union have an additional fourteen-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law, beginning on the day of receipt. Same return process applies.
